SUPPORT
The Future Flashback project is made possible and financed by public grants and donations.
Deutsch-Türkische Jugendbrücke
The German-Turkish Youth Bridge is a central contact point for student and youth exchange in Germany and Turkey. We promote, inform, advise, network and qualify interested parties and actors in German-Turkish student and youth exchange. We develop flagship projects for the encounter of young people and professionals from both countries and promote third-party projects. The DTJB is committed to increasing the visibility of German-Turkish exchange.
The DTJB promotes cooperation and programmes with and in Turkey.
Turkish community in Germany
The Turkish Community in Germany (TGD) supports socio-cultural youth projects with federal funds.
Media workshops and exhibitions with young people (12 – 18 years) on self-selected topics from their world are artistically developed.
“Future Flashback” was created within this framework and is part of a more extensive series of workshops entitled ‘Türkenmariandl’ , which was launched in 2013.
“The project ‘Türkenmariandl’ is supported by the programme “MeinLand – Zeit für Zukunft” (My Country – Time for the Future) of the Turkish Community in Germany within the framework of the federal programme Kultur macht stark. Alliances for Education of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.”
EVZ – MEET UP!
The aim of the funding programme “MEET UP! German-Ukrainian Youth Encounters” is to intensify relations with Ukraine and to strengthen the commitment of young people from Germany and Ukraine to fundamental democratic values and international understanding.
Today, dialogue and cooperation between young people play a decisive role for the future of German-Ukrainian relations and the European Union.
For this reason, it is of great concern to us to network civil society actors and to promote ideas and participation of young people.
The ECC promotes project cooperation with Ukraine.
NGO Multicultural Ukraine MKUA
Multicultural Ukraine (MKUA)
The association was founded in 2009 on the initiative of a DAAD lecturer together with students. The seat of the non-governmental organisation is Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city in the east of the country.
The aim of the association is to strengthen civil society and institutions, especially in rural areas, and to develop the multicultural potential for international contacts for various forms of cooperation in the fields of culture, education, social affairs and business (youth exchange, international voluntary services, innovation and technology transfer).
In 2020, the association has also expanded thematically, in terms of personnel and geographically, and plans to open a regional office in Zdolbuniv (Western Ukraine) at the turn of the year.
MKUA organises and supervises the project in Ukraine.
